Overcome the procrastination

At one time, having entered graduate school, I firmly decided to end the procrastination. The fact is that before that I was a champion to delay important affairs and took up work only when the deadline was already on the nose. I remember how in the evenings I played computer games with friends and at the same time wrote in fits. Of course, I did not receive any pleasure from the game or from communicating with friends: everything was poisoned by anxiety because of an unfinished task.

In the end, I was tired of this combination of fear and nervous excitement. I wanted to finally gain balance and calm. And then I drew up my “anti-distribution” plan and tried to adhere to it. In addition, I was inspired by an example of a friend who managed to cope with inorganization.

When I finally began to concentrate on one case, I realized that my plan began to work. And there was no magic about it. The rules of self -organization were not a secret behind seven seals, just before I did not want to notice them. Now I enjoyed the fact that all my things were done before the deadline, and gradually it became the norm for me
